Our company is now moving forward with a new name and a refreshed look, but don’t worry, our team, quality standards, and service will remain exactly the same as before.
What Is Changing?
Actiza Pharmaceutical, which was earlier known as Actiza Pharmacy, is now stepping forward with a new identity as Actiza Store. This is a brand name change only the website itself remains the same one you’ve always used.
Why Did the Name Have to Change?
This is a fair question, and the answer is quite straightforward.
We are setting up another website, also to be named Actiza Pharmacy, which will genuinely be run by our own company as well, and it too will operate as a B2C (business-to-consumer) platform meaning it will also be meant for regular customers, just like actizapharmaceutical.com.
To avoid any overlap between the two, actizapharmaceutical.com (soon to be Actiza Store) will continue to serve our international, export customers, while the new Actiza Pharmacy platform will be set up separately.
Having two platforms with the same name would have created confusion among customers — it would become hard to tell the two apart.
To avoid this confusion in advance and give every customer a clear, distinct identity, we’ve decided to rename our platform to Actiza Store.
What Will Not Change?
In short, the brand name is changing, but the trust you’ve placed in us over the years will remain just as strong.
What Do You Need to Do?
Absolutely nothing! You won’t need to create a new account, re-verify anything, or go through any extra process. Everything will continue smoothly as before, just under a new name and a better website.
