What is Tadaga Oral Jelly?

  • Tadaga Oral Jelly is a prescription medicine for erectile dysfunction.

  • Each sachet contains 20 mg of the active ingredient tadalafil.

  • Tadalafil belongs to the PDE-5 inhibitor drug class.

  • The medicine is a flavoured gel supplied in single-dose sachets.

  • It suits men who dislike swallowing tablets.

  • Packs commonly hold seven sachets in assorted flavours.

  • RSM Enterprises lists this product on its own website.

  • Other retailers name RSM Multilink LLP or Samok Overseas.

  • The same molecule is sold as Cialis in a swallowed tablet.

  • Tadaga 10 mg helps men achieve and maintain a firm erection.

  • It works only when you are sexually aroused.

  • It does not increase sexual desire or libido.

  • It does not change testosterone or oestrogen levels.

  • It does not protect against HIV or other sexually transmitted infections.

How Tadaga Oral Jelly Works (Mechanism of Action)

The action happens in five simple steps:

  • Sexual stimulation triggers the release of nitric oxide in penile tissue.

  • Nitric oxide raises levels of a messenger called cyclic GMP (cGMP).

  • Cyclic GMP relaxes the smooth muscle inside the corpus cavernosum.

  • Relaxed muscle allows more blood to flow into the penis.

  • Increased blood flow produces and maintains a firm erection.

  • An enzyme called PDE-5 normally breaks down cGMP.

  • Tadalafil selectively blocks the PDE-5 enzyme.

  • Blocking PDE-5 keeps cGMP levels higher for longer.

  • Blood vessels stay relaxed and erection quality improves.

  • Without sexual stimulation, tadalafil produces no erection.

Key pharmacology facts for the swallowed form:

  • Peak blood levels occur between 30 minutes and 6 hours.

  • The median time to peak level is about 2 hours.

  • Elimination half-life is approximately 17.5 hours.

  • Clinical effect can last up to 36 hours.

  • The liver enzyme CYP3A4 is the main metabolism pathway.

  • Excretion occurs mainly through faeces and partly through urine.

  • A jelly is already dispersed, so no tablet must break down first.

  • That could in principle shorten the time to absorption.

  • The FDA label describes tadalafil as practically insoluble in water.

  • A poorly soluble drug is a difficult candidate for a gel base.

  • No regulator has published data on tadalafil jelly absorption.

How to read this table:

  • Every dose shown is from the approved tadalafil prescribing information.

  • All approved figures apply to swallowed film-coated tablets.

  • Several patient groups are limited to 5 mg or 10 mg.

  • A patient in any of those groups should not take 20 mg.

  • Your doctor decides whether this product suits you at all.

  • Never raise your own dose because a lower dose felt weak.

  • This medicine is taken as needed, so missed doses rarely apply.

  • Never take two tablets to make up for one.

  • Never exceed one tablet in 24 hours.

  • Do not combine it with any other tadalafil product.

  • Contact a doctor or poison centre immediately after a suspected overdose.

How to Take Tadaga Oral Jelly

  • Confirm with your doctor that this product is right for you.

  • Ask whether an approved swallowed tablet would suit you better.

  • Check the sachet and reject any that is split or leaking.

  • Read the instruction printed on your own pack first.

  • Use one whole sachet and never part of one.

  • Squeeze the contents into the mouth as the pack directs.

  • Use the sachet immediately once it is opened.

  • Take it about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.

  • Wait for sexual stimulation, as the tablet alone will not work.

  • Allow at least 24 hours between two doses.

  • Do not combine it with any other ED medicine.

Practical usage tips:

  • Effects from tadalafil can persist for up to 36 hours.

  • Side effects may also persist across that whole period.

  • Keep alcohol intake low to avoid dizziness and low blood pressure.

  • Rise slowly from sitting or lying for the first few hours.

  • Avoid driving until you know how the dose affects you.

  • Stop sexual activity and seek help if chest pain occurs.

  • Tell your doctor if erections remain poor after several attempts.

Food and Drink Precaution

  • Food does not meaningfully change absorption of swallowed tadalafil.

  • Do not keep a partly used sachet for later.

  • Swallowing liquid too soon may wash the dose down the throat.

  • Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice while using this medicine.

  • Grapefruit can raise tadalafil blood levels and side effect risk.

  • Limit alcohol, as it worsens dizziness and lowers blood pressure.

  • Five or more alcohol units raise the risk of fainting.
