Product Description

Duloxetine Tablets IP 20,30,40,60 Mg have been prescribed for treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, fibromyalgia, and major depressive disorder. They are known to work by inhibiting reuptake of serotonin & norepinephrine and increase dopamine. Duloxetine has chemical formula C18H19NOS with molar mass of 297.41456 g/mol. This chemical has bioavailability of about 50% with high protein binding ability of 95%. They get metabolized in liver with help of CYP2D6 & CYP1A2 with elimination half life of 12.1 hours. Duloxetine Tablets IP 20,30,40,60 Mg are derivative of thiophene and belong to drug class of serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors.


Uses : Duloxetine is used in the treatment of depression and diabetic nerve disease
